The good news is that delivering amazement doesn’t require over the top customer experience, but instead relies on:
- Consistency and predictably good service
- Handling any issues that arise successfully by following a 5 stage process:
- Acknowledge the issue
- Apologize (even if it isn’t your fault)
- Fix the problem
- Have a great attitude with the customer
- Have a sense of urgency
