Shared Value selects Eptica's M>WebTouch to add live interaction (mail, chat, co-browsing) to its e-Human Resources Management applications

Boulogne-Billancourt, France, Thanks to M>WebTouch, companies using Shared Value's e-Human Resource Management solution will now be able to establish and develop an interactive and personalized online dialogue between the HR department and the rest of the company.

Shared Value offers large multinationals and SMEs state-of-the-art, modular Human Resources Management solutions to be used either over the Intranet or Internet (ASP solution).

When M>WebTouch is used by the company's HR Department, M>WebTouch empowers the HR Department to offer live online assistance to employees and help them with their daily HR procedures: evaluations, yearly assessments, modifying their details in real time, etc… For example, during yearly appraisals and salary negotiations, at any point of the discussions, a manager can dialogue, via Intranet and in real time, with the HR Department to check for example, the average salary raise that has been set for the year.

When doing 360° evaluations, an employee who is not familiar with the process can easily question a member of the HR team via email or chat to get further details regarding the procedure.

Once Shared Value has helped a company set-up its own HR Intranet, M>WebTouch is used to collect, in real time, the behavior patterns of the site's online visitors. The data remains anonymous up until the employee submits his query to the HR Department. It is then analyzed and presented to the HR counselor with the request. This crucial data on the employee's main interests and concerns will enable the HR counselor to be more efficient and immediately suggest the documents or training programs that correspond to the visitors needs, etc.

Similarly, by analyzing all the employee requests and queries as well as the page flows reports of the Intranet (pages the most read, etc…) the Management team will be able to better understand the its employees' needs and identify the subjects that the management needs to communicate more on.
